Psychological based dietary counseling: a holistic approach

Achieving and sustaining your desired weight requires more than just eating more or less or giving up food.

It is our eating behavior that influences our food intake. And this in turn is controlled by many factors in our lives.

The consultations serve to achieve a balance between these factors. A pleasurable and balanced eating behavior, detached from constraints and renunciation, is reinforced.

This allows you to achieve your heart’s desire – be it specific training goals or something completely different – with ease.

Testimonials

“We will be eternally grateful to you for everything you have done to help us to live better, healthier, and learning how to deal with our family related problems… thank you for all your work, good advices, strategies and making us seeing things from an other perspective in order to improve our lives!!!

We feel very lucky having had you in our lives. It has been an honor having you as our nutritionist and our mental coach. You’ve been the only person who has been able to open my eyes and who made me realize that only if I make of something my priority, it will happens.”

“Thuy Binh helped greatly with getting to understand the importance of proper nutrition, in general and specifically in the context of sports practice. She has very good knowledge of the nutrition topic, a very wide range of tools to emphasize the messages, and plenty of good suggestions for achieving the goal of changing the way we eat (and doing it in a way that is long lasting). It was also important to understand the role of mental health in this.

She showed a lot of patience for dealing with my initial resistance to change habits and had always useful suggestions to overcome my many nutritional “red lines”. I was also very impressed with her knowledge about the many different uses of herbs and plants, and how passionate she was about sharing it.

She was very flexible with the way we interacted and was always open to suggestions and changes that could facilitate achieving the goals.

I felt understood, supported and encouraged all the way. I would greatly recommend approaching Thuy Binh for nutritional related matters in a more holistic way.”
