Find clarity – through the right questions
March 29, 2026
“It’s simple…you just need to eat less.”
I hear this sentence quite often.
And honestly—it’s rarely helpful.
Not because it’s completely wrong. But because it misses what people are actually dealing with.
Most of the people I work with already know all of this.
They’ve read, tried things, started over—often for years.
And when they hear a sentence like that,it usually doesn’t create motivation.
It does something else.
They pull back a little.
Or start thinking, I must be doing something wrong.
What’s often missing is someone really paying attention.
Not just to the food. But to daily life, habits, and what’s realistically possible.
I often see that something already shifts when people get the space to simply talk about how things really are—without someone jumping in with a solution.
That’s where I start.
I listen.
I ask questions.
And then we look at what might actually work for you.
Not in theory—but in your real life.
Without rigid rules.
Without pressure.
Just one step at a time.
