“It’s simple…you just need to eat less.”

Find clarity – through the right questions
Sometimes we find ourselves going in circles.
Thoughts, emotions, and habits get mixed up – and we know something needs to change, but not how.
What’s often missing is not the answer.
But the right question.
Questions that create change
In my work as a nutrition psychology coach and mental trainer, I often ask similar questions.
Not because they are simple – but because they work.
For example:
→ What can you change about the situation?
→ What does this situation have to do with you?
→ What can you contribute?
Or:
→ What makes you who you are?
→ What happens if you give it time?
→ What do you gain from getting upset?
→ Who says you have to?
→ What’s the worst that could happen?
→ What does your perfectionism give you?
→ What are you avoiding?
Simple questions – powerful impact.
Why questions are so powerful
Two people can experience the same situation – and react in completely different ways.
Our thoughts, interpretations, and patterns shape, how we feel, decide, and act.
The right questions help you:
• pause
• gain clarity
• take responsibility
• discover new perspectives
• and move back into action
A tool for your everyday life
This is exactly how my reflection cards were created.
They support you in moments when you:
• feel stuck
• go in circles
• react emotionally
• or want to reconnect with yourself
You can use them:
• in the morning as a check-in
• in challenging situations
• or in the evening for reflection
You don’t need any prior knowledge – just the willingness to be honest with yourself.
Who are these cards for?
For you, if you:
• want to understand yourself better
• want to approach your eating behavior more consciously
• want to build mental strength
• are looking for clarity instead of overthinking
Conclusion
Sometimes one question can change more than a hundred pieces of advice.
