CAS Sports Nutrition at Bern University of Applied Sciences
This week, I started the CAS in Sports Nutrition at Bern University of Applied Sciences.
With this continuing education programme, I am expanding my expertise so that I can provide my clients with even more evidence-based guidance in sports nutrition.
Athletic performance and well-being are influenced by more than training alone. Nutrition and mental strength also play an important role. For me, this CAS is therefore a valuable complement to my previous education and experience in mental training in sport.
My goal is to combine these two areas in a meaningful way and to support people holistically on their journey towards greater health, performance and personal strength.
